b. Billing: When you subscribe to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. All fees are quoted in the currency specified on the Website and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or levies, which will be added to the price and paid by you.

c. Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) at the then-current rate. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the renewal term.

d. Payment Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate.

e. No Refunds: ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy applies regardless of usage, satisfaction, or any other circumstances. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription, for early termination, or for any other reason. We strongly recommend that you carefully review our features and consider a trial period (if available) before committing to a subscription.

f. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Website. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the subscribed features until that time. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period or any prior periods.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Services. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
